Sambhrant leads the Project on strengthening of Delhi’s Teacher Education Institutions as part of CSF’s Human Capital Development work.
Previously, Sambhrant was a fellow at Teach For India, where he worked as a primary school teacher at an under resourced school in Delhi for two years. At Teach For India, he co-founded Project Hulchul and was a part of the fellow advisor committee of the Delhi Programme team. Post fellowship, he joined Thermax Foundation as a Program Manager, where he worked on improving the quality of Pune’s Public school system by planning and facilitating teacher capacity building programmes, conducting classroom observations & debriefs, and creating tools to measure program impact. He has also worked for the pilot implementation of state mandate Early Childhood Education curriculum ‘Aakar’ across 1400 Aanganwadis in Pune.
He graduated with a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.
