Praveen Khanghta


Praveen manages research and grants with a special focus on accountability and school governance at Central Square Foundation.

Prior to joining CSF, Praveen served as a Teach For India Fellow during which time he helped found a school at a madrasa in North East Delhi. He has conducted research on international relations, Indian politics and the marginalisation of minorities in urban settings. His area of academic interest lies in politics, accountability and governance in the public education system and the convergence of business, civil society and government.

Praveen was class valedictorian at the post-graduate programme in Liberal Arts at Ashoka University’s Young India Fellowship programme. He received a bachelor of Industrial Engineering and Management from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, where he was a gold medallist.
